For wet processing:
▷ Insert the swarf sieve with the wide side facing
toward the rear.
Without the swarf sieve, chips/swarf will be
flushed into the container. The filter bag will fill
up more quickly.
The swarf sieve is included in the delivery
scope of the Ceramill Coolstream. It can
remain inserted in the machine during dry
processing.
▷ Shut the door of the Ceramill Motion 2.
▷ Switch the Ceramill Motion 2 on via the main
switch.
▷ Switch the PC on.
▷ Start the Ceramill Motion 2 software.
When the software is started, a machine initiali-
sation takes place.
If the Ceramill Motion 2 is not detected:
▷ Restart the PC.
After re-positioning the Ceramill Motion 2,
it is necessary to check the system axes.
▷ For this, observe the instructions for
milling the test bodies.

WARNING:
Danger from shavings/chips or tool fragments
being thrown from the machine!
▷ Make sure that the door of the Ceramill
Motion 2 is always closed during processing!
NOTE:
Insufficient milling results and increased wear
when dry processing!
▷ Do not operate the Ceramill Motion 2 without
extraction (i.e. Ceramill Airstream)!
NOTE:
Insufficient milling/grinding results and
increased wear when wet processing!
▷ Do not operate the Ceramill Motion 2 without
the Ceramill Coolstream supply unit!
