Installing the C/L Container

▷ Carefully lift the C/L container into the supply

unit.
▷ Connect the control cable at the partition wall
(between the chamber for the Ceramill Air-
stream and the container).
▷ Connect the return pipe and the C/L supply line
at the top of the C/L container.
▷ Mount the left sidewall of the Ceramill Cool-
stream.
NOTE:
Danger of damaging cable and hoses!
▷ When moving the supply unit, do not pinch or
drive over any cables or hoses.
For the tower version:
▷ Connect the C/L drain pipe and the C/L supply
line of the Ceramill Coolstream to the Ceramill
Motion 2.
For the table version:
▷ Move the supply unit back under the table and
align it with the Ceramill Motion 2.
▷ Insert the drain pipe on the side to the stop into
the Ceramill Coolstream.
Through this, the control system recognizes the
drain pipe and enables the C/L pump.
▷ Connect the C/L supply line of the Ceramill
Coolstream to the Ceramill Motion 2.

Cleaning the C/L System

▷ Remove and clean the swarf sieve.
▷ Clean the milling chamber.
▷ Reinsert the swarf sieve again.
▷ Mount the splash guard.
▷ Empty the C/L container (please refer to
page 78).
▷ Clean the C/L container (please refer to
page 79).
▷ Fill 5 litres of water and 250 ml of Ceramill Cool-
ant into a separate container and mix well.
▷ Insert the filter bag.
▷ Pour the mixed C/L into the C/L container.
▷ Fully connect the Ceramill Coolstream again.
▷ Activate "Clean C/L circuit (Kühlmittelkreislauf
reinigen)" in the control service functions.
▷ Start the cleaning in the software or
-or-
▷ briefly press operation button [A] on the
Ceramill Motion 2.
C/L is circulated for 15 minutes to clean the sys-
tem.
The cleaning can be interrupted and
restarted by briefly pressing operation
button [A].
When the cleaning is completed:
▷ Empty the C/L container (please refer to
page 78).
After the cleaning, the C/L used for the
cleaning must be disposed of.
▷ Refill the C/L container again (please refer to
page 79).
