Switch on the transmitter and make sure that the motor speed control stick
(see fig. 2, item 10) is in the lowest position (motor off).
Turn the model upside down and open the battery compartment lid (1). Connect
the flight battery (2) to the flight controller connection cable (3). Now the motor
emits 3 audio signals.
Push the battery into the compartment as indicated on the adjacent figure.
Make sure to push the battery all the way forwards in the battery compartment.
Then replace the battery compartment cover in the frame.
Attention!
Always remove the battery from the model for recharging. Never
recharge the battery directly in the model.
The heat generated by the recharging process can result in the
battery deforming and the model being severely damaged.
11. Initial Operation of the Flight Model
a) Charging the Flight Battery
The flight battery is charged using a suitable LiPo balancer charger (not included in the delivery). The rechargeable battery must be taken from the model for
charging for safety reasons.
Attention!
During the charging procedure, place the LiPo battery on a fire-proof support or in an appropriate safety bag. Never charge the rechargeable
battery unattended. Never let the LiPo battery get damp or wet. There is a danger of fire or explosion!
