Call transfer (switching)
When a call is transferred, the active subscriber and the subscriber for the connection
previously put on hold are always connected with one another.
You can initiate an enquiry call yourself (e. g. in order to announce the call) and can then
transfer the call.

Call-Back on busy (CCBS)
Using the function »automatic call-back on busy« you can reach a party whose line is
busy as soon as he/she hangs up the handset at the end their call.
This feature must be applied for at your network service provider. You can configure
three call-backs at a time. The call-back is deleted after a time period defined by the net-
work service provider (approx. 45 minutes). If you are using an LCR procedure (e. g. the
LCR procedure of the pabx), the »Call-back on busy« function is carried out automatical-
ly via your standard network service provider.

Viewing and clearing call-back calls
When the phone is in idle, any call-back calls that are initiated can be viewed in the dis-
play by pressing the softkey »callback« on the second line of the display. Press this
softkey to view the call-back calls. You can then view the individual call-back calls using
the arrow keys. If you wish to delete a call-back call, select this call using the arrow key

and then press the
Keypad and Tone Frequency Dialing (DTMF dialing)
During an ongoing call you can take advantage of other performance features using key-
pad sequences or DTMF dialing. In the telephone PC configuration program you can set
whether keypad sequences or DTMF dialing is to be possible in the initial status of the te-
lephone. The other, optional performance features can then be activated only after pres-
sing the corresponding softkey.
If the display shows the softkey »keypad« tone frequency suffix dialing is possible right
away. If the softkey »dtmf« is displayed, DTMF dialing is possible only after you press
this softkey.
