h) Inserting the flight battery

• The flight battery is inserted on the lower front end of
the chassis in the mechanics.
The selective positioning allows for the setting of the
center of gravity when adjusting the helicopter later on.
• The rechargeable battery can be fastened either with
rubber rings or with adhesive tape.
Important!
Once you have determined the exact position of the rechargeable battery, you should mount a stopper
in the chassis behind the rechargeable battery (1). Thus, you ensure flying with the correct center of
gravity at all times; and in addition, you ensure that the rechargeable battery shall not slip backwards
against the motor.

i) Mounting the main rotor blades

The helicopter is designed for the mounting of rotor blades with a max. length of 325 mm. The blade retainers are
designed for rotor blades with a max. thickness of 5 mm and a bore hole of 3 mm.
Attention!
Only use high quality GRP or CFP rotor blades by well-known product manufacturer. For safety rea-
sons, you should not install doubtful bargain offers on your model.
Weigh the rotor blades accurately with an appropriate rotor blade scale. For weighing, use coloured
adhesive tapes in order to be able to adjust the alignment accurately later on.
Fasten the screws of the rotor blade only as firmly as it is necessary to allow the blades to align accu-
rately via the centrifugal force.
