Front wheel
For the disassembly and the reassem-
bly of front wheel following the follo-
wing procedure:
1.Unscrew the nut "A" (Fig.28) of
wheel pin
2. Release the two screws "C"
(Fig.28) on the right-hand side.
3.Then release the screws "B"
(Fig.29) on the left-hand side.
4. Extract the wheel pin "D" (Fig.30)
5. Take this opportunity to check the
brake pads. For further in-structions,
see the section entitled "Front brake".
6. To fit the wheel (tightening se-
quence) proceed in the sequence the
ref."A","B" and "C" in the fig. 28-29.
Fattening pivot of first wheel that it
this one is remounting. Before tigh-
tening the Allen screws "C" (Fig.29)
for the left-hand fork leg, it is im-
portant to ensure that the fork leg is in
its natural state on the wheel shaft.
This it obtains itself making be sprin-
gying 3 or 4 turned front fork.
Vorderrad
Zur Demontage und Montage des
Vorderrades so verfahren:
1. Mutter "A" (Abb.28) den Zentralen
Bolzen lossschrauben.
2. Beide Innensechskantschrauben
"C" (Abb.28) auf der rechten Seite he-
rausdrehen.
3. Beide Innensechskantschrauben
"B" (Abb.29) auf der linken Seite he-
rausdrehen.
4.Dann des Rad "D" (Abb.30) ent-
fernen
5.Die
Bremsbeläge
s.Abschn. "Vorderrad-bremse".
6. Beim Einbau zuerst die Steckachse
einfetten. Danach die Schrauben in
der Reihenfolge Bez. "A","B" und "C"
gem. Abb. 28-29 anziehen. Vor
Einbau des Radbolzens, ist dieser zu
schmieren. Daß das gabelbein in sein
natürliche Stel-lung kommt Hierzu das
gabelbein mit der Hand umgreifen
und nach beiden Seiten entlang der
Achse bewegen und so die Lage
ermitteln, bei der sich das Gabelbein
spannung-slos befestigen läßt.
Zu diesem Zweck die Gabel 3-4mal
federn lassen.
Roue avant
Pour effectuer le démontage et le re-
montage de la roue avant suivre cette
procédure:
1. Déserrer la vis "A" (Fig.28) du pivot
de la roue.
2. Désserrez les deux vis "C" (Fig.28)
de droite.
3. Désserrez ensuite les vis "B"
(Fig.29) de gauche.
4. Retirez le pivot "D" (Fig.30) de la
roue.
5. Profitez-en pour vérifier les garni-
kontrollieren,
tures de frein , reportez-vous au cha-
pitre "Frein avant".
6. Le montage (sequence de serrage)
de la roue doit suivre l'ordre de le ré-
ference "A","B" et "C" de la figure 28
et 29. Graissez le pivot de la roue
avant de le remettre en place. Avant
de serrer la patte de gauche avec les
vis "C" (Fig. 29), il est important de
veiller à ce qu'elle occupe sa position
naturelle sur l'axe. Pour obtenir cella,
comprimez les bras de la fourche 3 ou
4 fois.
