3. At this setting, the engine will be
supplied with the correct fuel/air mix-
ture for good idling. However, to make
the engine even easier to start, the
mixture adjustment screw (Ref.B -
Fig.17) can be screwed out a quarter
of a turn. The idling speed will then
drop slightly, but this is the optimum
setting of the carburettor. As a guide-
line, the mixture adjustment screw
(Ref.B - Fig.17) should be screwed
out 2 turns of the closed-position.

without lead (Min 95 OCT).
Use only unleaded gasoline.
Automatic decompression
The kick-starter will operate correctly
only if automatic decompression co-
mes into operation every time the kick-
starter is kicked down. The valve lifter
shaft and cable should therefore be
cleaned and lubrificated every time
the engine oil is changed.
To verify the correct function of sy-
stem of decompression proceeding
how it follows:
taking piston to the P.M.S.

Valves have to be closed and free
rocket-arms!
At this point, utilizing register "b"
taking game of cable at 1,5 mm.
(Fig. 18).
3. Nun ist das richtige Kraftstoff-Luft-
Gemisch für einwandfreien Leerlauf
eingestellt. Falls erforderlich, kann die
Startwilligkeit des Motors noch etwas
verbessert werden, indem die Gemi-
sch-Einstellschraube (Bez.B - Abb.17)
um 1/4 Umdrehung herausgedreht
wird. Dadurch kann die Leerlaufreh-
zahl wieder etwas abfallen, aber dies
ist jedenfalls die optimale Vergaser-
einstellung. Als Richtwert für die Ge-
misch-Einstellschraube (Bez.B -Abb.
17) gilt, daß sie ausgehend von der
Schließstellung ca. 2 Umdrehung he-
rausgedreht sein muß.

Ausschließlich bleifreies Benzin
verwenden (Min 95 OCT).
Dekompressionsautomatik
Voraussetzung für die einwandfreie
Funktion des Kickstarters ist, daß die
Dekompressionsautomatik bei jedem
Startversuch betriebsfähig ist. De-
shalb müssen Ventilheberwelle und-
seilzug in verbindung mit jedem
Motorölwechsel gereinigt und gesch-
miert werden.Zur überprüfung des
richtigen Betriebs der Dekompres-
sionsautomatik so verfahren:
Kolben bis zum oberen Totpunkt
bringen.

Die Ventile sollen geschlossen und
die Kipphebel frei sein!
Jetzt durch Stellelement "B" das Ka-
belspiel auf 1,5 mm. bringen (Abb.18).
3. Avec ce réglage, le moteur reçoit le
mélange qu'il faut pour un bon ralenti.
On peut toutefois améliorer le départ
en dévissant la vis de richesse (Rèf.B
- Fig.17) de 1/4 tour. Le ralenti baisse
alors quelque peu, mais c'est là ré-
glage optimal du carburateur. A titre
indicatif, on peut dire que la vis de
richesse (Rèf.B - Fig.17) doit être dé-
vissée de 2 tour environ de la posi-
tion de fermeture.

N'utiliser que de l'essence sans
plomb (Min 95 OCT).
Décompresseur automatique
Pour que le kick-starter fonctionne
correctement, il est important que le
décompresseur automatique soit en-
clenché à chaque actionnement. Il
faut pour cela nettoyer et graisser
l'axe et le câble du lève-soupape à
chaque vidange du moteur.
Pour vérifier le fonctionnement correct
de l'automatisme de decompression
procéder dans la manière suivante:
porter le piston au point mort haut.

Les soupapes doivent être fermées
et les balanciers libres!
Maintenant par l'élément "B" régler le
jeu du câble à 1,5 mm. (Fg. 18).
