8. Model Setup
Before assembling the model, please read each individual section carefully. The construction stages are
almost always illustrated for better understanding.
For design and colouration of the model, you may use the figure on the packaging as reference. Design and
colour deviations in these operating instructions are possible. The figures serve illustration only.
Only carry out the steps described in the different sections if you have completely understood the procedure
and know exactly what to observe. The more precisely you work, the better the flight properties.
a) Assembly of the Wings
Put the wing with the script down on a suitable support as shown in figure 1. Place the middle part of the fuselage into
the centre. Observe the same colouration/design of the middle part of the fuselage and wings.
Glue the wings on as shown in figure 2. Figure 3 also shows this construction section.
To reinforce the wing, a bar must be glued in (figure 4). For this, cut in open any present material bridges (figure 5)
and glue in the bar with instant glue (figure 6).
b) Installing the Elevator
The elevator is glued to the fuselage (figure 8) with a pin (figure 7). Again, observe consistent design of the elevator
to the wing or fuselage. Figure 9 shows the completed construction section.
c) Mounting the Lower Fuselage Contour
Separate the lower from the upper fuselage contour (figure 10) by cutting open present material bridges (figure 11)
(also see figure 12).
Insert the lower fuselage contour into the pins (figure 13) and align the fuselage contour at a right angle to the middle
fuselage part (figure 14). Then glue the lower fuselage contour to the middle fuselage part (figure 15).
For reinforcement, the corresponding connectors (figure 16) must be attached. Glue on the connectors as shown in
figure 17.
