Removing and Installing Interior
Parts
Use the following procedures to remove or install the
interior parts. Open the face cover completely when
removing or installing the interior parts.
Removing Interior Parts
1. Removing the Cheek Pads
To remove the cheek pad, unfasten the 3 snaps
and pull the notch (a) from the cheek pad bracket
(A). Next, pull the notch (b) from the cheek pad
bracket (B). Do not pull it hard. Be sure to pull
the front notch (a) out first. If you pull out the rear
notch (b) before pulling out notch (a), the plate
may be damaged.
2. Removing the Ear Pads
Unfasten the 3 clasps on the plate from the cheek
base, as shown in the drawing. Remove the
ear pad. Remove the other ear pad in the same
manner.

Extraction et installation des
parties intérieures
Utilisez la procédure suivante pour retirer ou remonter
les parties intérieures. Ouvrez la mâchoire entièrement
lors du montage et démontage de l'intérieur.
Extraction des parties intérieures
1. Extraction des joues
Pour retirer la mousse de joue, défaire les
3 boutons-pression et tirer sur l'encoche (a)
depuis l'applique (A). Tirer ensuite sur l'encoche
(b) depuis l'applique (B). Ne pas tirer trop fort.
Assurez-vous de bien tirer d'abord sur l'encoche
avant (a). Si vous commencez par l'encoche
arrière (b), cela risque d'endommager la plaque.
2. Retirer les coussinets d'oreille
D é t a c h e z l e s 3 a t t a c h e s d e s c o u s s i n e t s
d'oreille, comme indiqué sur le schéma. Retirez
complètement la pièce. Procédez de la meme
manière pour le coté opposé.

3. Removing the Center Pad
Unfasten the 2 snaps in the back (Drawing
5) and the 4 snaps in the front (Drawing 6).
Remove the center pad.
4. Removing the Chinstrap Covers
Remove the cheek pad then unfasten the
chinstrap cover snap. Remove the cover from
the chinstrap. Remove the other chinstrap
cover in the same manner.

3. Extraction du bonnet
Détachez les deux pressions au niveau de la
nuque (schéma 5) et les 4 attaches au niveau
du front (schéma 6). Retirez le bonnet.
4. Extraction des couvre-jugulaires
Retirez au préalable les mousses de joues,
puis détachez le bouton de pression du couvre
jugulaire. Faites ensuite glisser le couvre
jugulaire hors de la sangle. Procédez de la
même manière pour le coté opposé.
