Installing Interior Parts
1. Installing the Chinstrap Covers
The chinstrap covers have different shapes on the
right and left sides of the helmet. Referring to the
drawing, identify the right and left sides. Pass the
chinstrap through the cover and fasten the snap
until it clicks in place.
2. Installing the Center Pad
Insert the right and left sides of the front plate.
Fit the plate's rounded section in the notch in the
center of the center pad bracket that is attached
to the helmet. Fit the center pad in its installed
position (Drawing 8). Click the 4 snaps in place
(Drawing 9). Click the 2 snaps found on the back
plate in place (Drawing 10).
3. Installing the Ear Pads
The right and left ear pads are used together.
Press ear pad section (A) between the center pad
and the impact absorbing liner (see Drawing).
Insert the 3 clasps on the plate in the notches of
the cheek base. Fix the ear pad in place. Install the
other ear pad in the same manner.

Réinstaller les parties intérieures
1. Installation des couvre jugulaires
Les couvre jugulaires ont un coté droit et gauche
différents, que vous pouvez identifier en vous
référant au schéma. Passez la sangle jugulaire
à travers le couvre jugulaire et appuyez sur la
pression, jusqu'au « clic » de fixation.
2. Installation du bonnet
Insérez les extrémités gauche et droite de la partie
frontale. Insérez la partie arrondie (centre) du
bonnet dans l'espace frontal (centre) du calotin
(partie interne du casque), comme indiqué sur
le schéma 8. Attachez ensuite les 4 pressions
frontales du bonnet (schéma 9) et les deux
pressions arrières (schéma 10).
3. Installation des coussinets d'oreille
Les coussinets gauche et droit sont identiques.
Placez la partie (A) du coussinet entre le bonnet et
le calotin (voir schéma). Insérer les 3 attaches du
coussinet dans la base plastique, et assurez vous
que le coussinet soit correctement positionné.
Installez le coté opposé de la même manière.

4. To install the Cheek Pads
Before installing the cheek pads, check that the
3 snaps are in their proper positions shown in the
drawing.
Identify the right and left sides of the cheek pad and
insert the rear section of the cheek pad plate in the
space between the shell and the impact absorbing
liner. Fit the plate notch (b) securely in the boss of the
cheek pad bracket (B) as shown in Drawing 12, and
slide it toward the back of the helmet (Drawing 12).
Take notch (a) in the front of the plate and fit it securely
into the boss of the cheek pad bracket (A) as shown in
the Drawing 13. Be sure to slide the plate toward the
back of the helmet when you insert the rear section
(Drawing 12), otherwise the notch (a) may not fit to the
boss.
After the plate is inserted, pass the chinstrap through
the hollow section of the cheek pad (Drawing 14).
Fasten the snaps in (1) to (3) order, by pressing the
head of the snaps firmly from the pad side until they
click in place. Lastly, press the front edge of the pad
as shown in the drawing and fit the cheek pad plate
securely into the boss of the cheek base.
Install the other cheek pad in the same manner.

4. Installation des mousses de joues
Avant d'installer les mousses de joues, assurez vous
que les 3 pressions soient correctement positionnées,
comme montré sur le schéma.
Repérer les côtés gauche et droit de la mousse de
joue et en insérer l'arrière de la partie basse dans
l'espace entre la coque et le calotin amortisseur. Fixer
fermement l'encoche (b) de la plaque à l'emplacement
correspondant de l'applique (B) comme sur le schéma
12 et faire glisser l'ensemble vers l'arrière du casque
(schéma 12).
Fixer fermement l'encoche (a) à l'avant de la plaque à
l'emplacement correspondant de l'applique (A) comme
sur le schéma 13. Veillez à faire glisser la plaque vers
l'arrière du casque en insérant la partie arrière (schéma
12), sinon l'encoche (a) risque de ne pas être bien en
place dans le bossage.
Une fois que l'embase de joue est fixée, passez
la sangle jugulaire à travers l'espace central de la
joue (schéma 14). Fixez ensuite les trois boutons de
pression en pressant la partie intérieure de la joue, du
point 1 à 3, jusqu'a entendre le « clic » de maintien.
Vérifiez en dernier lieu que toutes les fixations soient
correctement connectées à leur base.
Installez le coté opposé en suivant la même procédure.
