Problem
Paint is dripping out of the
spray gun's trigger area.
The power pack not charged,
but the charger is still show-
ing a green light when I insert
the power pack.
The power pack does not last
long.
Cause
The intake or discharge valve is worn.
The spray gun has reached the end of its
maximum service life.
Damaged power pack.
The power pack life will vary depending
on the material, nozzle size, pressure and
speed settings.

Remedy

page 143 - 145.
Replace the spray device.
Replace the power pack.
