Wear on the nozzle
Nozzles may need to be replaced depending on the abra-
siveness of the paint.

Storage

Note:
If you store the spray gun without using CoroCheck, you
can expect problems with your next spraying job. After
cleaning, always flush the spray gun with CoroCheck.
Water or solvents left in the spray gun will cause corrosi-
on and damage to the pump.
1.

In the material container, mix 0.12 litres of

CoroCheck with 0.12 litres of water.
2. Screw the container back onto the spray gun; move
the ventilation/pressure relief valve to the up position and
press the trigger for approximately 10 seconds.
3. Turn the nozzle to cleaning position; move the venti-
lation/pressure relief valve down to the spraying position
and point the spray gun into a catchment container. Press
the trigger for 1 or 2 seconds.
• Never spray with a worn nozzle. See troubleshooting on
page 145 and following.
4. Dispose of the used CoroCheck mix responsibly and
flush the container with water.
5. Fully charge the power pack before storage. See char-
ging the power pack on page 128.
6. Keep the spray gun in a cool, dry place indoors. The
device must be stored upright. Never store the spray gun
with material in its material container.
