HEAD ROTATIONS
Keep your head straight looking forward. Without moving your
shoulders, turn it to the right and straighten, then turn it to the left and
straighten.
ARM RAISES
Raise your left hand as high as possible and hold for a few seconds.
Repeat with your right hand.
ACHILLES TENDON STRETCH
Stand facing the wall, extend your left leg forward and bend it slightly
at the knee. Keep your right leg back - straight, with your heel flat on
the ground. Keep both heels flat on the ground and press your hips
towards the wall. Hold this position for 30 seconds. Repeat with your
right leg extended. Remember not to arch your back during the
exercise.
BENDS
Stand with your feet together. Bend forward, trying to bring your chest
as close to your knees as possible. Hold for 15 seconds. Remember not
to bend your knees.
2. WORKOUT
Each workout should include 6 to 10 different exercises.
In order to balance and diversify the workout, change exercises from
session to session. Schedule workouts for the time of day when your
energy level is highest.
The training plan should include exercises for each major muscle
group, emphasizing the areas you want to develop the most.
Performing exercises correctly is key. This requires performing the
appropriate movements and moving only the proper parts of the body.
Uncontrolled movements cause fatigue and can contribute to injury.
Repetitions in each set should be performed smoothly and without
pauses.
Proper breathing is important. Exhalation should occur during the
exertion phase of each repetition and inhalation during the return.
Never hold your breath.
Rest for a short period of time.
3. COOL-DOWN PHASE
This phase allows you to calm your circulation and relax your muscles.
It is a repetition of warm-up exercises. End each workout with 5-10
minutes of such exercises. Remember not to strain your muscles.
MOTIVATION
Achieving the best results is easier if the workout is
a regular and enjoyable part of daily life.
Record your daily results to track your progress
