Manualen är inte en detaljerad under-
hålls- och felsökningsguide. I händelse
av mekaniska problem eller problem
med underhåll, kontakta båttilverkaren
[Nimbus Boats Sweden AB], din lokala
agent eller representant. Låt endast välre-
nommerade verkstäder sköta underhåll
och reparationer. Vi avråder från modi-
fieringar av båten. Nimbus Boats AB kan
inte hållas ansvarig för modifieringar
av båten. Exempelvis kan förändring av
båtens tyngdpunkt (t.ex. genom monte-
ring av högt placerad tung utrustning
eller byte av motortyp) allvarligt påverka
båtens stabilitet, trim, säkerhet och
prestanda.
Båtägaren är skyldig att hålla sig infor-
merad om och efterleva lokala nationella
krav beträffande båtens besättning,
utrustning och framförande.
I vissa länder krävs det körkort eller
fullmakt för att framföra båten, och vissa
länder har specialbestämmelser för detta
Håll alltid Er båt i gott skick och ta i be-
aktande åldrande och slitage till följd av
hård eller felaktig användning av båten.
Vilken båt som helst, oberoende hur håll-
bar den är, kan skadas betydligt om den
används felaktigt. Detta passar inte ihop
med säkert sjömanskap. Anpassa därför
alltid båtens fart och kurs till vågförhål-
landena.

any mechanical or maintenance diffi-
culty, always refer to the boat-builder
[Nimbus Boats Sweden AB], your local
agent or representative. All maintenan-
ce and repairs should be carried out
by qualified, experienced boat yards or
workshops. We advise against modifi-
cations to your boat and Nimbus Boats
AB cannot be held responsible for such
modifications carried out. For example,
substantial changes to the centre of gravi-
ty – say, additional heavy equipment
mounted high or a new/different type of
engine – can seriously affect the stability,
trim, safety and performance of the boat.
The Nimbus Owner should acquaint
him or herself with the local regulations
relating to crewing, equipment and boat
handling.
In some countries, a marine or motorboat
driving license
or other formal authorization is required
by the local or national authorities.
Always maintain your Nimbus properly,
and make allowance for some deterio-
ration that will occur over time or as a
result of heavy usage – or misuse/abuse
– of the boat. Any boat, however strong,
well designed and constructed, can be
severely damaged if not used properly
or sensibly. This pattern of behaviour
is not compatible with the concept of
"safe boating". Always adjust the speed
and direction of your Nimbus to the sea
conditions existing.
Dieses Handbuch ist nicht als ausführ-
licher Wartung oder Problemfinder
gedacht. Im Falle von Schwierigkeiten
nehmen sie bitte Kontakt mit dem Boot-
serbauer oder einen seiner Repräsentan-
ten. Wartung und Reparaturen sollten
nur durch gut-ausgebildete Werkstätten
durchgeführt werden. Wir abraten von
durchgreifenden, strukturellen Ve-
ränderungen ihres Bootes. Für solche
Änderungen des Bootes kann Nimbus
Boats AB nicht verantwortlich gemacht
werden. Änder-ungen des Schwerpunk-
tes (z.B. hoch über der Wasserlinie ange-
brachte schwere Ausrüstung oder eine
neue Maschinenart) beeinflussen erhe-
blich die Stabilität, die Trimmeigenschaft
und die Leistung des Bootes
Der Bootsinhaber ist verpflichtet sich
über lokale Regelungen betreffend der
Mannschaft, der Ausrüstung und der
Behandlung des Bootes Informiert zu
halten.
In einigen Ländern wird ein Führer-
schein oder eine Ermächtigung angefor-
dert, oder spezifische Regelungen gelten
Kraft.
Halten sie ihr Boot immer gut in Schuss
und bedenken Sie dass auch das bes-
te Boot aufgrund von Alter, Slitage
und vor allem fehlartiger Anwendung
Schaden nehmen kann. Das Anpassen
der Geschwindigkeit an die gegebenen
Wetterbedingungen gehört zur guten
Seemannschaft.
