IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This product is intended for domestic use only and is designed to ensure optimum safety. The following rules should be observed:
Before you start training, consult your doctor to establish that there are no contraindications to using the exercise equipment. A

The free space around the equipment should not be less than 0.6 m and should exceed the training area in the directions from which
the equipment is accessible.
Space should also be provided for emergency egress. When equipment is placed next to each other, the free space may be shared. A
space of no less than 2 m and no narrower than the width of the treadmill should be provided behind the treadmill.
Pay attention to warning signs.

Inappropriate or excessive exercise can be dangerous to your health. If you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, irregular heartbeat
or other worrying symptoms, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor. Injuries can result from improper use of equipment.

The following steps should be noted to avoid injury.
Attach the safety key clip to your clothing or belt before using the treadmill.

When exercising, make natural movements with your arms, pointing straight ahead. Don't look at your feet.

Increase the speed gradually over the course of the workout.
If you need to stop suddenly, pull the safety key and stand on the side steps on either side of the running belt.
