MONTAGE:
Remove the allen key supplied with the unit (fig. 1).

RUNNING BELT ATTACHMENT:
Place the treadmill on a level, stable surface.

Turn on the treadmill for about 15 minutes, setting the speed at 9-12 km/h, and observe the tread belt to assess the correct tension. If

the tread belt moves to the right, pull out the safety key, disconnect the treadmill from the power supply, turn the tension screw on
the right side ¼ turn, plug in the unit, insert the safety key and restart the treadmill to check its continuous operation.
Repeat the same action on the left side if the tread belt moves to the left, and inspect the machine during continuous operation. After

using the machine a few times, the tread belt may stretch slightly. If this happens, retighten it by tightening the screws located on the
right and left sides of the machine. Repeat until the optimum belt tension is reached, making sure to tighten both screws evenly.
If the treadmill belt is not too tight or does not remain concave when pressed, it means that the belt is properly tightened.

If the belt stops under pressure but the motor belt and the front roller are still running, the belt is too slack and must be tightened to the

If the running belt and motor belt stop under pressure and the motor continues to run, the motor belt needs to be loosened.

COMPUTER FUNCTIONS:

Distance - displays the distance covered in values from 0.00 to 99.0, once the maximum value indicated has been exceeded the
counter starts counting down again from 0
Time - displays the exercise time in values from 0:00 to 99:59, when the value 99;59 is reached, the treadmill gently enters stop mode
and the display shows "END", after 5 seconds the treadmill enters standby mode.
Steps value appears alternately every 5 seconds. Displays the number of steps taken in values 0-9999.
Calories, displays the number of calories burnt in values 0.0-999, once the indicated maximum value is exceeded the counter starts
counting down again from 0
It displays speed in values of 1.0-12.0KM/h.
Function buttons:
Start/Pause : press the button to start or pause the treadmill
Stop : press to stop the treadmill.
press to increase speed or to move between setting functions If the treadmill is switched on when the button is pressed, the speed
will increase by 0.1KM/H, if the button is held down for approx. 0.5 seconds the speed will increase automatically.
press to reduce speed or to move between setting functions If the treadmill is switched on when the button is pressed, the speed
will decrease by 0.1KM/H, if the button is held down for approx. 0.5 seconds the speed will decrease automatically.
when the buttons with the value 3 or 5 are pressed, the treadmill will increase the speed to 3 or 5KM/H respectively
Safety key functions To stop the treadmill immediately, pull the safety key. The symbol "---" will appear on the computer screen and

a short beep will sound. The computer functions will be locked and will not operate until the safety key is reinserted.
Energy saving mode The machine is equipped with an energy saving system that activates automatically after 10 minutes of

inactivity. The computer functions expire and the treadmill enters sleep mode. To wake up the device, press any button.
Switching off To switch off the device, press the power button. You can do this at any time.

Check the condition of the power supply and the correct location of the safety key before starting the exercise.

To stop the treadmill immediately, pull the safety key. Inserting the key into the socket will reactivate the treadmill, which will await
