BEFORE YOU START
For your own safety and for maximum benefit, read this manual carefully before using the instrument. As a manufacturer, we make every effort to
ensure our customers' complete satisfaction....
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This product is for domestic use only and has been designed for maximum safety. The following rules must be observed:
1. Consult your doctor before you start training to rule out contraindications to the use of exercise equipment. Consultation is particularly important
for people:
• taking medication that affects heart function, blood pressure or cholesterol levels,
• above 35 years of age,
• having health problems.
2. Always perform a warm-up before you start exercising.
3. Keep equipment out of the reach of children and animals during and after the exercise.
4. Place the appliance on a dry, stable and level surface. Remove all sharp objects from its surroundings. The equipment should be protected from
moisture and any unevenness in the floor should be levelled. A non-slip base is recommended to prevent the equipment from sliding during
exercise.
5. The clear space around the equipment should not be less than 0.6 m and should be larger than the training area in the directions from which the
equipment is accessible. Space for possible emergency egress from the equipment should also be included. If the equipment is placed next to
each other, the required space can be divided between them.
6. Pay attention to worrying signals from your body. Inappropriate or excessive exercise can be hazardous to your health. If you experience
pain, dizziness, chest pain, irregular heartbeat or other worrying symptoms, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor. Injuries are
often the result of incorrect or overly intense training.
7. The fixing of all screws, bolts and other connecting elements should be checked before first use and regularly thereafter.
8. Before each exercise, check that all parts of the equipment and the connecting screws are correctly fastened. Only start training when the
equipment is fully operational.
9. The equipment should be inspected regularly for wear and damage - only then will it meet safety requirements. Particular attention should
be paid to the parts most susceptible to wear and tear, such as the foam handles, leg caps and upholstery. Any damaged parts should be
repaired or replaced immediately. Until the defects are repaired, use of the device is prohibited.
10.
Do not insert any objects into the openings of the unit.
11.
Look out for protruding controls and other structural parts that may interfere with exercise.
12.
Use the equipment only for its intended purpose. If any part is damaged or worn out, or if disturbing noises occur during use, stop exercising
immediately. Do not use the equipment again until the fault has been rectified.
13.
Exercise in comfortable, close-fitting sports clothing and appropriate footwear. Avoid loose clothing that could catch on protruding parts of
the machine or restrict your freedom of movement.
14.
The equipment is classified as Class H in accordance with EN ISO 20957-1 and is intended for domestic use only. It should not be used for
therapeutic, rehabilitation or commercial purposes.
15.
Maintain correct posture when lifting or carrying the unit to avoid damage to the spine.
16.
The product is intended for adults only. Unsupervised children should be kept away from the device.
17.
When assembling the unit, strictly follow the instructions in the enclosed documentation and use only the parts included in the kit. Ensure
that all parts listed in the parts list are present before starting assembly.
