SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before starting the exercises
•
Read the entire manual carefully.
•
Consult your doctor, especially if you have high blood pressure or other medical conditions.
•
Check that all screws are tightened.
•
Wear comfortable sports clothing and shoes with rubber soles.
•
Warm up to prevent injuries.
2. During exercise
•
Look ahead, not at your feet; your arms should move naturally.
•
Gradually increase your speed — first adjust to the current pace.
•
In case of sudden danger, pull the safety switch and stand on the side rails.
•
Do not stand on the running belt before starting — wait for it to move while standing on the non-slip plates.
•
Avoid intense exercise for 40 minutes after eating.
•
Keep children and animals away from the machine.
•
Minors may only use the treadmill under adult supervision.
3. Setup and surroundings
•
Ensure a minimum of 1 metre of free space on the sides and 2 metres behind the treadmill.
•
Place the device on a clean, flat surface — not on thick carpet or foam mats.
•
Do not use the treadmill outdoors or near water.
•
Do not place any objects on the treadmill.
4. Power supply and electronics
•
Use only the power cord supplied with the treadmill.
•
Do not extend the cord, replace the plug, or use multiple socket adapters.
•
Do not place heavy objects on the cable or near heat sources.
•
Disconnect the power supply when the treadmill is not in use for a long period of time — always pull on the plug, not the cable.
•
In the event of an electronic system failure (sudden acceleration), immediately pull the safety switch.
5. Safe technical use
•
Once the treadmill has been assembled and the motor cover has been fitted, the power supply can be connected.
•
Do not block the wall socket.
•
Do not remove the protective cover — if necessary, disconnect the power supply first.
WARNINGS
•
Do not expose the device to moisture — this may cause malfunction.
•
The manufacturer shall not be liable for defects resulting from improper use.
•
Elderly persons, children and persons with disabilities should exercise under supervision.
