CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Make sure the unit is completely disconnected from the power supply before carrying out any maintenance work or cleaning the components
under the motor cover.
The components under the engine cover should be cleaned at least once a year.
It is not necessary to lubricate the tread belt or treadmill plate when the equipment is first unpacked. The lifespan of the equipment is largely
dependent on the condition of the tread belt and base surface - it is recommended that these are lubricated regularly to ensure the treadmill
functions correctly and extends its lifespan.
A periodic inspection of the entire unit is also recommended. If any abnormalities or damage is detected, contact the equipment distributor
immediately.
Frequency of inspection and lubrication of the running belt depending on the intensity of use:
Infrequent use (less than 3 hours per week): 1 time per year
•
Average use (3-5 hours per week): every 6 months
•
Frequent use (more than 5 hours per week): every 3 months
•
It is recommended to use the original lube available from the distributor.
•
1.
To extend the life of the machine, it is recommended that the treadmill is unplugged for 10 minutes after each workout of at least 2
hours.
Too little tension on the treadmill belt can cause it to slip during exercise and accelerate wear on the rollers and motor. It is
2.
recommended to keep the belt tension such that the clearance when the belt is lifted up is between 50 and 75 mm.
POSSIBLE REASON
Power supply not connected or no power.
The switch is off
Controller is switched off or faulty
The motor cable has an open circuit
Defective meter
(LCD)backlight is not on
Display power cable is dry-welded
(LCD) wires not correctly plugged in
Display problem
There is resistance in the transmission part
Transmission belt is too tight or too loose
Coil force is too low or too high
The security key is not responding
Magnetron is plugged in incorrectly
Poor transmission through the meter cable.
The meter cable is plugged in incorrectly or the
circuit is open
Engine signal problem
Controller signal problem
The motor cable is plugged in incorrectly or is
damaged
IGBT controller defective
AC voltage too low
the speed sensor is not connected correctly or is
defective.
Problem with the controller
Overload
Interlocked relay
Short circuit
burnt-out relay.
Motor cable not correctly plugged in
Motor open circuit
Engine at idle
Cable incorrectly connected
Power supply or closed circuit failure
The treadmill is in a standing position or is not
horizontal.
Motor return line error
Torque too high
Short circuit inside the engine
Transmission problem
AC Overvoltage: for 220V, voltages higher than
270VAC; for 110V, voltages higher than
150VAC.
AC Too low a voltage: for 220V a voltages of
less than 160VAC,for 110V a voltages of less
than 70VAC.
