3.1.3.1 AC Power On / Off
Connect the power cord, power adapter and equipotential grounding wire. When the
keyboard AC indicator light is on, press the «power»
seconds) and then release it, and then the instrument is turned on.

cord and equipotential grounding wire.
3.1.3.2 DC Power On / Off
If the power cord is not connected, a built-in rechargeable lithium battery would be used, and
DC light indicator is lit. Press the on the control panel directly to turn on/off the unit.
Battery charging :
When the instrument is connected to AC power supply, if the built-in battery is insufficient,
the battery will be charged automatically, and the charging indicator light will be on when
charging.
Please follow the above instructions to turn on and off the machine, otherwise the
instrument might not working properly.
When the screen displays "The system is shutting down", release the "Power" key.
3.2 Preparing The Patients
1. Before attaching the electrodes, please communicate with the patient and explain the
procedure :
1) Before checking, patient should take a rest, keep clam and be relaxed :
2) Patient should not smoke, drink tea, coffee or alcohol before the check :
3) Patient should wear loosely if possible to facilitate the check :
4) Clean the skin where the electrode is placed;
5) Shave hair where the electrode is placed if necessary. Excessive hair prevents a good
connection.
2. When possible, prepare the patient in a quiet room or area where others can't see the
patient. If there is someone else in the room, please prepare a curtain when checking the
patient.
3. Make sure that the patient is comfortable. The more relaxed the patient is, the less the ECG
waveform will be affected.
4. Once the electrodes are attached to the patients, please inform the patient to keep normal
breathing and keep still. Do not talk or chew.
3.3 Connect the Patient Cable
The Patient Cable will be used as applied parts specified.
As shown below, connect the patient cable to the patient cable socket on the right side of the
main unit, and then screw it.
