3) As shown below, place the thermal paper and the roller gently in the recorder. Pull about 2
cm of paper out, and shut the recorder casing.
When the recorder paper runs out or is not loaded, the hint message No Paper will appear
on the screen. Then the user should load or replace the recorder paper immediately.
Make sure that the recorder paper is installed in the center of the recorder, and the paper
edge is parallel with the casing edge in the direction of advancing paper, in order to avoid
paper deviation or damage to the paper edge.
3.1.3 Power Supply
Please check whether the power cord is connected to the unit well. The grounded three-slot
outlet should be used. One end of the yellow equipotential grounding wire is plugged into the
grounding hole of the ECG, and the other end is connected to the external ground wire.
Caution
Connect one end of the equipotential grounding wire to the grounding hole of the ECG and the
other end to the ground to enhance the reliability of the grounding. Do not use water pipes or
other pipes as the earth wire, otherwise the first-level safety measures of the equipment are
invalid and patients may be at risk of electric shock.
