9. Programming the Flight Controller

The installed flight controller is already programmed ex works. The following values have been saved in it:
Braking:
Battery type:
Motor deactivation:
Deactivation voltage:
Motor start-up behaviour:
Motor timing:
In case of fault or when using the flight controller in any other model, it may also be necessary to call the program-
ming menu.
Important!
If the motor does not start up when programming the flight controller, it is also necessary for reasons of
safety that the propeller is removed from the model.
Turn on the remote control transmitter first and put the lever for motor control into the "full throttle" position. Now con-
nect the flight battery to the flight controller again.
The motor emits a quick sound sequence with three differently high sounds (♫ 1 2 3). After a short break, there will
be two signal sounds ( - - ) and after another break, there will be another sequence with 5 differently high sounds
(♫ 1 2 3 4 5).
The flight controller is now in programming mode. The different menu items are displayed with different signal sounds:

When the menu item to be changed has been acoustically reported, move the control lever for the motor function to
the "motor off" position without delay.
If the control lever is not moved, the signal sounds repeat in an endless loop.
