g) Inserting the Flight Battery

The flight battery (1) is inserted according to the adjacent
figure.
Important!
The battery side with the connection cables (2)
must point backwards when viewed in the flight
direction to prevent cable loops from occurring
and possibly dragging on the motor.
The precise position of the rechargeable battery results
from review of the centre of gravity; see chapter 8. j).

h) Adjusting the Flight Controller to the Remote Control

Since the end points of the throttle path may deviate slightly from each other in the different remote controls, it is
necessary to save the two end points of the throttle path in the flight controller.
Important!
For reasons of safety, only conduct this step when the propeller is disassembled; see chapter 8. f).
Proceed as follows:
• Switch the transmitter on and then put the throttle lever for motor function to the full throttle position. The throttle trim
of the transmitter must be in the middle position.
• Connect the charged flight battery with the flight controller. After a sound sequence (♫ 1 2 3), the motor will emit two
short signals ( - - ) that indicate that the flight controller has saved the end point for full throttle.
• Now move the control lever to the "motor off" position without delay. The motor will emit three short signals ( - - - )
to indicate that it has recognised the cell number of the flight battery. Then the motor will emit one short signal ( - )
to indicate that it has also recognised and saved the end point for the position "motor off".
• The throttle path is now permanently saved in the flight controller.
• Disconnect the flight battery and switch off the transmitter.
If the programming does not work as described or if the flight controller continually emits quick signals
change the throttle trim at the transmitter or increase the percentage setting for the end points of the throttle
index in the remote control menu. Then repeat the above steps.
