10 Inserting and removing batteries

► Hold handlebar (1).
► Press lever (2) downwards and hold.
► Fold down handlebar (1).
► Release lever (2).
The handlebar audibly clicks into place.

► Switch off the lawnmower and remove the bat‐
teries.
► Place the lawn mower on a level surface.
► Hold handlebar (1).
► Press lever (2) downwards and hold.
► Adjust handlebar (1) to the desired position
and make sure the handlebar fully engages
again.
► Release lever (2).

Inserting batteries

The lawn mower is powered by two batteries.
► Place the lawn mower on a level surface.

► Take hold of flap (1) by handle (2), open it as
far as it will go and hold it open.
► Press battery (3) into battery compartment 1
(5) and battery (4) into battery compartment 2
(6) until they are fully inserted.
The batteries snap into place with one click
and are locked.
► Close flap (1).
10.2 Remove the batteries
► Place the lawn mower on a level surface.
► Take hold of flap (1) by handle (2), open it as
far as it will go and hold it open.
► Hold battery (3) and press locking lever (4).
The battery is released.
► Hold battery (5) and press locking lever (6).
The battery is released.
► Remove the batteries (3, 5).
► Close flap (1).
