If a malfunction occurs, a message will appear on the display of the controller.
WARNING
The controller is protected by a fuse. The fuse holder (which also holds the spare fuse) becomes
accessible when the cover is removed. To replace the fuse, pull the fuse holder from the base.

The power unit is protected by a fuse (16 A). The fuse holder becomes accessible when the cover
T16 A
is removed. To replace the fuse, unfasten the fuse holder using a screw driver and pull it from the
base. The modulating power stage is protected by a fuse (5 A) in the power unit. The fuse holder
becomes accessible when the cover is removed. To replace the fuse, unfasten the fuse holder
using a screw driver and pull it from the base.
The thermal cut-out triggers locking if the temperature in the heating element exceeds 105 °C.
The cause of the overtemperature must be eliminated before the thermal cut-out is unlocked. The
thermal cut-out is located on the upper part of the power unit. In order to unlock the thermal cut-
out, remove the protective cap and push the button of the thermal cut-out.

Sensor fault. An error code instead of a temperature is shown on the
sensor display channel.
Short circuit or line break.
Disconnected temperature sensors can be checked with an ohmmeter. Please
check if the resistance values correspond with the table.
