TROUBLESHOOTING
Issue
Inserting the battery to
Live Valve does not wake
the system
Calibration fails
Sensor/switch not
connected (yellow flashing
LED every second)
Solutions
Use the power button to turn on Live Valve or
remove the battery, wait 20 seconds and then
insert the battery again
Make sure that the front (fork) sensor is on the
fork and rear sensor is on the rear, make sure
they are both mounted properly (see sensor
installation section)
Make sure the bike is flat, level, straight up and
down (not leaning), front wheel is straight, and
the bike does not move during calibration
Ensure both bump sensors have sufficient battery
and are awake by bumping both wheels against
the ground
Ensure both bump sensors are paired to the
controller
Ensure that no other previously connected bump
sensors are powered on nearby, remove the
battery from any other bump sensors
Check with the App to see which sensor has
disconnected. Try and bump the wheels to wake
the sensors, press the handlebar switch buttons
to wake it.
Change the battery on the sensor/switch that is
not connecting with a new name brand CR2032
Try again to pair the disconnected sensor/switch
to the controller with the pairing buttons
Turn off the controller, wait 1 minute with the con-
troller off, and then turn the controller back on
