CONNECT THE CONTROLLER TO THE RIDE FOX BIKE APP
The Ride FOX Bike App is designed to help you make the most of your experience. It is useful to guide you through calibration,
pairing, and customizing your Live Valve system. You'll also have access to many tuning features and you will stay connected to
the latest releases of new tuning options via the cloud.
1. Open the Ride FOX Bike App on your mobile device.
2. Create your account.
3. Create a bike in the garage.
4. Follow the instructions to pair the App to your Live Valve Neo controller.
5. The App will now guide you through proper setup for your Live Valve system and help you monitor the health of the system.
CONNECT THE FORK AND REAR SENSOR
Use the Ride FOX Bike App to walk you through this procedure, or follow the steps below.
1. Only one sensor can be paired at a time.
2. Press and hold the Power button of the controller to turn it on.
3. Press the pairing button on the fork or rear sensor. A small-tipped tool may be required to press the pairing button. A green
LED will begin flashing on the sensor.
4. Press the pairing button on the controller. A green LED will begin flashing on the controller.
5. After a few seconds, the LED will turn solid green, indicating the connector and sensor have located each other.
6. Only after you see the LED turn solid green (not flashing), press the pairing button on the controller again to accept the
connection. A quick green LED flash will confirm a successful connection.
NOTE: A red flash indicates the connection process failed and must be performed again.
CONNECT THE HANDLEBAR SWITCH (OPTIONAL)
Use the Ride FOX Bike App to walk you through this procedure, or follow the steps below.
1. Press and hold the Power button of the controller to turn it on.
2. Press the pairing button on the satellite of the switch. A small-tipped tool may be required to press the pairing button. A
green LED will begin flashing on the satellite.
3. Press the pairing button on the controller. A green LED will begin flashing on the controller.
4. After a few seconds, the LED will turn solid green, indicating the connector and handlebar switch have located each other.
5. Only after you see the LED turn solid green (not flashing), press the pairing button on the controller again to accept the
connection. A quick green LED flash indicates a successful connection.
NOTE: A red flash indicates the connection process failed and must be performed again.
