13. Service life
To ensure safe and effective use of this product, it is
mandatory to follow these guidelines:
• Use the product strictly according to the instructions
provided in this manual.
• Have a competent person perform an ASI at least
every 12 months to confirm it is still safe to use, and
get written confirmation of its fitness for use.
• Store and transport the product in accordance with the
instructions in this manual.
Providing that these guidelines are strictly followed, the
product will have an unlimited lifespan.. If the product
includes textile components, these components must
be replaced after a maximum of 20 years from their
date of manufacture.
When disposing of the product, it is mandatory to recycle
the various components after sorting metallic materials
and sorting synthetic materials. These materials must
be recycled through specialist organisations. When
disposing the product, a qualified person should
dismantle and separate the component parts.
