TROUBLESHOOTING
Incorrect operations are often for trouble and malfunctions. If you think that there is something wrong with this component,
check the points below. Sometimes the trouble may lie in another component. Inspect the other components and electrical
appliances being used. If the trouble cannot be rectified even after exercising the checks listed below, ask your nearest
PIONEER authorized service center or your dealer to carry out repair work.
1. Disc table is not ejected when & | @ Power cord is not properly plugged into AC wall

Remove disc and let player stand for1 to
2 hours until it is dry.

e@ Remote control unit is not in a good location for
transmission.
3. Remote contro! does not work.
Replace batteries.

Remove the obstacle or shift the remote
control position.

Operate the remote control unit in front
of the player.
e Some TV sets have remote control functions that
operate improperly in response to the remote contro!
unit of the player.
Move the TVand the player further
apart,
or cover the remote sensor of the TV
during disc piayback.
