TO SEARCH FOR A PARTICULAR CHAPTER/
TRACK
The term "chapter" refers to each section on an LD, and the
term "track" refers to each section on a CD or CDV disc.
\f chapter or track numbers are encoded on a disc, it is so
indicated on the disc jacket.
e Chapter Search is not possible with discs which are not
divided into chapters.
Chapter (Track) Search - To search by
designating the chapter/track number
Example:
To play from the beginning of Chapter/Track 3:

Le terme "chapitre" concerne chaque section d'un LD et le
terme "piste" chaque section d'un CD ou CDV.
Si des numéros de chapitre ou piste sont codés sur un disc,
c'est indiqué sur la pochette.
e@ Larecherche de chapitre n'est pas possible avec des discs
qui ne sont pas divisés en chapitre.
Recherche de chapitre (piste) - Pour rechercher
en spécifiant le numéro de chapitre/piste
Exemple:
Pour lire depuis le début du chapitre/piste 3:

Press CLEAR, and then press the correct button.
To identify the present chapter number and frame (or time)
number:
The numbers are displayed in the front panel display window.
The information can also be displayed on the monitor TV screen by
pressing DISPLAY on the remote control unit.

Si vous faites une erreur d'entrée pendant une recherche:
Presser CLEAR puis presser la touche correcte.
Pour identifier le numéro de chapitre et d'image (durée) actuel:
Les numéros sont affichés dans la fenétre d'affichage du panneau
avant. L'information peut étre affichée sur l'écran du moniteur TV en
pressant DISPLAY sur la télécommande.
Passage de chapitre (piste) - Pour rechercher le
début d'un chapitre/piste

To cancel the normal search operation
Press CLEAR while the player is searching for the chapter or track.

Presser une fois pour remettre la
position de lecture au début du
chapitre/piste en cours de lecture. Si
. latouche est pressée plus d'une fois
avant que l'image ne réapparaisse,
le début d'un chapitre/piste situé
avant celui en cours de lecture est
techerché et lu. La position de fa
piste correspond
au nombre
de
pressions sur la touche.
Si cette touche est pressée unefois
ou un certain nombre de fois, la
lecture est avancée jusqu'au début
du chapitre/piste localisé aprés le
chapitre/piste en cours de lecture.
La position de la piste locaisée
correspond au nombre de pressoms
sur la piste.
Pour annuler le fonctionnement de recherche normale
Presser CLEAR alors que le lecteur recherche le chapitre ou la piste.
