Machine concept
The interface DPS 2500 Profibus is an interface for connection of the plasma
power source DPS 2500 to a robot control. The input and output signals are
transmitted via a profibus-dataline between the interface and the robot control.
The Profibus DPS 2500 interface is already fitted on the power source and con-
nected. It is only necessary to connect the data line and the mains cable to the
interface.
IMPORTANT! To avoid any malfunctions the length of the data line between the
interface and the robot control should be kept as short as possible.
