Das pneumatisch betätigte SCHUNK Vorderendfutter
ROTA TB2 setzt einen neuen Maßstab bei der Bearbeitung
von Rohren und Stangen für die Erdölindustrie, den
Bergbau und die Bauwirtschaft. So verfügt das ROTA TB2
bei kompakten Außenmaßen über eine extrem große
Durchgangsbohrung von bis zu 560 mm.
Bereits mit einem Luftdruck von 6 bar lassen sich sehr
hohe Spannkräfte von bis zu 280 kN erzielen, die einfach
an die jeweilige Aufgabe angepasst werden können. Durch
eine Beschichtung der wichtigsten Funktionsteile ist das
SCHUNK ROTA TB2 gegen Korrosion geschützt, wodurch die
Lebensdauer deutlich steigt.

SCHUNK's ROTA TB2 pneumatic power lathe chucks sets a
new standard in machining of rods and pipes for the oil
industry as well as the mining and construction sectors.
Despite the compact outer dimensions, for example, the
ROTA TB2 has an extremely large through-hole of up to
560 mm.
With air pressure of 6 bar it is already possible to achieve
very high clamping forces of up to 280 kN, which can
easily be adapted to the particular task. An anti-corrosive
coating applied to the most important functional compo-
nents of the SCHUNK ROTA TB2 significantly increases the
service life.
