- [ON/OFF] button
When this setting is [ON] for the output service, a
password entry screen opens during operation and a
password is requested . Touch this button to toggle
the setting [ON] (enable password) or [OFF]
(disable password)
- [Input] button
Touch the [ON/OFF] button to select [ON] then
touch the [Input] button to open the password entry
screen and enter a number for the password (range:
0 to 99999999).
[Local Time] button
Sets the current date and time to print on receipts and
index prints. Touch this button to open the screen for
setting the current date and time. The date and time
you set below prints on indexes and receipts:
- [Year], [Month], [Day], [Hour], [Min.], [Sec.]
buttons
To change a setting, touch the desired button, then
press the [+] or [-] button to select the value.
[Version Up] button
The main unit software can be updated with a newer
version. For more details about updating the software,
contact the store where you purchased the unit.
[Currency] button
Touch this button to open the screen and select the
currency for display of the charge item on the
operation screens.
• Currency buttons
Touch one of the displayed buttons to select the
currency. Touch the appropriate button for the
selection of your choice.

Up to seven currencies can be selected at one time on
this screen. If the currency you want to select does not
appear, touch the [More] button to change the screen
and display more choices.
[Caution] button
Touch this button to open the [Setting - Other -
Caution] screen to make the warning display settings
for each output service.
• [Digital Media] button
With this setting [ON] when image data saved on
storage medium is output, a copyright and backup
message for the image is displayed. Touch this button
to toggle the setting [ON] (message display) or [OFF]
(no message display).
• [CD] button
With this message [ON] when image data stored on a
CD-ROM or CD-R is output, copyright message for
the image is displayed. Touch this button to toggle
the setting [ON] (message display) or [OFF] (no
message display).
• [FlatbedScanner] button
With this message [ON] when a photograph is
scanned and output, a copyright message for the
photograph is displayed. Touch this button to toggle
the setting [ON] (message display) or [OFF] (no
message display).
