Changing the Settings
[Diagnostic Settings] Screen
At the [Setting] screen, touch the [Diagnostic] button
to open the screen and run the diagnostics for the main
unit and peripherals connected to the main unit.
[All] button
Touch this button run the diagnostic program for the
main unit and peripherals connected to the main unit.
If any abnormality is detected, a message appears. For
more details about messages, please refer to the
Operating Instructions. Touch the [OK] button to close
the message screen.
[UP-DR100], [UP-D70A], [Receipt], [UY-S90],
[FlatbedScanner] button.
Touch the button labeled for a device to run the
diagnostics program for that device. If any abnormality
is detected, a message appears. For more details about
messages, please refer to the Operating Instructions.
Touch the [OK] button to close the message screen.
[Terminal] button
Touch this button to run the diagnostics program for
the main unit. If any abnormality is detected, a
message appears. For more details about messages,
please refer to the Operating Instructions. Touch the
[OK] button to close the message screen.
SETTING END
Press the [OK] or [Cancel] button to return to the
initial Configuration Utility [Setting] screen.

[Setting - Other] Screen
At the [Setting] screen, touch the [Other] button to
open the [Setting - Other] screen that presents options
for setting the password, currency, warning displays,
and other settings for the main unit.
[Password] button
Touch this button to open the [Other Settings: Change
Password] screen.
• [Shutdown], [Configuration] buttons
Press either button to open the entry screens to set the
passwords for shutting down or opening the
Configuration Utility. Use the number keys displayed
on the screen to enter the number for the password
(range:0 to 99999999).
• [Print], [CD Creation], [FilmScan] buttons
Each output service can be protected by having the
system request a password before continuing with
each operation Touch the [Print], [CD Creation], or
[Film Scan] button to open the password setup screen
for the selected output service.
