▶
The system is ready for operation.
If irregularities in the function of the pump occur after commissioning, carry out system
commissioning again.
Finally, attach the front cover and fasten it with the 4 screws.
NOTICE
The flushing function can be activated by updating the date.
This switches to tap water mode for an adjustable time (3 minutes as
standard) to ensure water exchange in the tank.
Take the system out of operation for a longer period of time:
1.
Close the tap water inlet.
2.
Disconnect the system from the power supply (pull out the mains plug).
3.
Drain entire system.
- Open the drainage screw of the pump.
- Drain replenishment reservoir (see Drain replenishment reservoir [" 60] section).
1.
Place a sufficiently large container (at least 11 L) under the replenishment reservoir.
2.
Pre-drain the replenishment reservoir by switching to drinking water mode (menu
3.06). Shut off the drinking water supply at the tank and open a point of consumption.
3.
Loosen the union nut on the suction connection of the replenishment reservoir (Fig. 1,
Item 19). Secure flat gasket.
4.
Remove the retaining clip (Fig. 1, Item 20) and pull out the valve body (Fig. 1, Item 12).
Secure the valve seal.
5.
Drain replenishment reservoir.
6.
Reassemble the components in reverse order.
DANGER
Danger of death due to electrical current!
The voltage of the external power supply is also present when the main
switch is switched off!
• Disconnect the plug from the power supply before carrying out any
work.
• Have electrical work carried out by a qualified electrician.
• Observe local regulations.
•
Maintenance and repair work may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
The following is recommended:
•
Have an annual check of the system carried out by Wilo's customer service.
•
Have an annual test of the watertightness of the installation carried out.
The pump does not require maintenance.
An inspection of the system, especially of the pump (mechanical seal, tightness), replenish-
ment (opening and closing of the replenishment valve) as well as a check of the water
tightness of the system is recommended every 6 months.
