Come scaricare l'impianto di
raffreddamento
! Non scaricare il liquido refrigerante
quando il motore è caldo e l'impianto è
pressurizzato dato che si potrebbe
avere la fuoriuscita di un getto bollente
di liquido refrigerante.
Questa serie di operazioni deve essere
effettuata in caso di necessità oppure
una volta all'anno all'avvicinarsi della
stagione invernale. Posizionare il carrello
su di una superficie orizzontale con il
motore termico spento e freddo.
- Togliere il coperchio sul carter di prote-
zione radiatore.
- Togliere il tappo di rifornimento 1
(Fig.F5) sul radiatore dell'impianto di raf-
freddamento.
- Aprire il rubinetto di scarico 2 (Fig.F5/1)
alla base del radiatore per poter scarica-
re il radiatore.
- Togliere il tappo di scarico 3 (Fig.F5/2)
dal lato del monoblocco per poter scari-
care il motore. (assicurarsi che il foro di
scarico non sia ostruito).
- Verificare le condizioni dei tubi e dei
raccordi (sostituire i tubi se necessario).
- Lavare l'impianto con acqua pulita (uti-
lizzare un prodotto per la pulizia, se
necessario).
- Montare il tappo di scarico 3 (Fig.F5/2)
e serrarlo a 40 Nm - 4,1 kgm
- Rimontare il tappo1 (Fig.5) del boc-
chettone di rifornimento e chiudere il rubi-
netto 2 (Fig.F5/1) alla base del radiatore.

How to drain the cooling system
! Do not drain the coolant while the engi-
ne is still hot and the system is under
pressure because dangerous hot coolant
can be discharged.
This series of operations must be carried
out if necessary, or once a year, before
winter. Position the truck on level ground
with the combustion engine switched off
and cooled.
- Remove the cover from the radiator
casing.
- Remove fill plug 1 (Fig.F5) from the
radiator of the cooling circuit .
- Open the drain plug 2 (Fig.F5/1) at the
bottom of the radiator in order to drain the
radiator.
- Remove the drain plug 3 (Fig.F5/2) from
the side of the cylinder block in order to
drain the engine. (Ensure that the drain
hole is not restricted).
- Check to make sure that the pipes and
unions are in a good condition (replace
the pipes if necessary).
- Flush the coolant system with clean
water (use a cleaning product, if neces-
sary).
- Fit the drain plug 3 (Fig.F5/2) and tigh-
ten to 40 Nm - 4,1 kgm.
- Fit the filler cap 1 (Fig.5) and close the
radiator tap 2 (Fig.F5/1).

Ihren vertragshändler.
F 5 - Ersetzen der Kühlflüssigkeit der

Kühlanlage
Kühlsystem entleeren
! Kühlsystem niemals bei heißem Motor
oder unter Druck stehendem System
öffnen -Verbrühungsgefahr durch
austretende heiße Kühlflüssigkeit.
Diese Reihe von Vorgängen ist
auszuführen, wenn es erforderlich ist
oder wenn der Winter vor der Tür steht.
Den Stapler auf einer ebenen Fläche
abstellen. Den Verbrennungsmotor
abstellen und abwarten, bis er abgekühlt
ist.
- Den Deckel vom Kühlerschutzgehäuse
entfernen.
- Den Einfüllstopfen 1 (Abb.F5) auf dem
Kühler der Kühlanlage entfernen.
- Ablasshahn öffnen 2 (Abb.F5/1) oder
Ablassschraube unten am Kühler aus-
schrauben, um den Kühler zu entleeren.
- Ablassschraube 3 (Abb.F5/2) aus der
Zylinderblockseite ausschrauben, um
Kühlmittel aus dem Motor abzulassen.
Darauf achten, dass sich die
Ablaufbohrung nicht zusetzt.
- Den Zustand der Leitungen und
Anschlüsse prüfen (die Leitungen bei
Bedarf ersetzen).
- Kühlsystem mit klarem Wasser durch-
spülen und bei Bedarf ein
Reinigungsmittel verwenden).
- Ablassschraube 3 (Abb.F5/2) mit ein-
schrauben und mit 40 Nm - 4,1 kgm
festziehen.
- Verschlussdeckel aufschrauben 1
(Abb.F5/1) und Ablasshahn des
Kühlers schließen 2 (Abb.F5/1).
