Operating the appliance

Functions and setting

Caution!
After the appliance is switched on, it becomes
very hot especially inside the cavity. Never touch
the interior surfaces of the appliance or the
heating elements. Use oven gloves to remove ac-
cessories or ovenware from the cavity, and allow
the appliance to cool down.
Keep children at a safe distance at the same time
to avoid the injury of burns.
Using the types of heating

After temperature setting, you can touch

During the operating time you can change the setting of
the heating type and the temperature with the

oven continues to operate with the changed setting.

You can use the key to activate the alarm function, so

Meat probe / Core temperature sensor
For precise cooking, the oven is equipped with an addi-
tional meat probe function

If everything is well prepared, start the operation with the
key. When the selected core temperature is reached for
6 seconds, the oven will switch off automatically.

Child safety lock

Your appliance has a child safety lock so that children
cannot switch it on accidentally or change any settings.
When you press and hold the
