12.3.2 Changing the password in the settings menu

If you have changed your password during the initial setup, the main menu will appear automatically once you
have logged in. Otherwise, click on the right mouse button and select the topmost item in the menu that appears.
In the settings menu that appears, use the second button from the top on the left-hand side to access the system
settings and the button on the right-hand side to access the account settings.
Click on the square in front of the user's name to check the user.
The first thing you should do is to change the password if you have not already done so. To do this, click on the
third button on the right-hand side.
Enter the old password and then the new password twice in the corresponding fields. The procedure and pass-
word requirements are the same as in the previous section.
Click on "OK" at the bottom to continue.
Now you need to select two security questions and enter the corresponding answers. They are required if you
have forgotten your password and it needs to be reset.
You can also opt to have the password sent to the app or an e-mail address.
Confirm again with "OK" to have your password changed.
The login window will now appear automatically. Normally, your user data will be applied automatically.
12.3.3 Changing the user
Click again on the square in front of the user's name to check the user.
Click on the button at the top right to edit the user.
Enter the desired username in the second dedicated field.
For the first user, leave the user group setting as is ("admin") because the first user must always be an admin-
istrator user.
You can also create a normal user using the fourth button from the top on the right-hand side. The procedure is
the same as for changing the user.
Then select the type of access the user should have. All checkboxes should be enabled for the first administrator
user.
Click on "OK" at the bottom and confirm again with "OK" to have the user changed.
Then log in with the new username and password. Changing the username does not change the password.
