Das Medium sollte vorzugsweise in Öffnungsrichtung
des Faltenbalgs fließen, damit Druckschläge beim Öff-
nen oder Schließen des Ventils vermieden werden.
Folgenden Steuerluftdruck nicht überschreiten:
– federschließender Antrieb (NC) – max. 8 bar
– federöffnender Antrieb (NO) – max. 6 bar
Kontrolle, Steuerung und Betrieb des Ventils erfolgt
durch kundenseitige Anlage.
Transport und
Lagerung
Lieferung prüfen
Beim Empfang des Ventilblocks prüfen, ob
– Typen- und Seriennummer auf dem Typenschild mit
den Angaben der Bestell- und Lieferunterlagen über-
einstimmen,
– die Ausrüstung vollständig ist und alle Teile in ein-
wandfreiem Zustand vorliegen.
Äußerlich erkennbare Transportschäden und/oder feh-
lende Kolli sind beim anliefernden Spediteur sofort auf
dem Frachtbrief anzugeben. Die Spedition ist vom
Empfänger sofort schriftlich in Regress zu nehmen, und
Tuchenhagen ist über den Vorgang zu informieren.
Nicht sofort erkennbare Transportschäden sind inner-
halb von 6 Tagen beim Spediteur zu reklamieren.
Später beanstandete Schäden gehen zu Lasten des Emp-
fängers.

The medium should flow into the opening direction of
the bellows in order to avoid pressure surges when the
valve is closed or opened.
Following control air pressure has not to be exceeded:
– spring closing actuator (NC) – max. 8 bar/116psig
– spring opening actuator (NO) – max. 6 barg/87 psig
Valve monitoring, control and operation is
assumed by customer`s plant.
Transport and
Storage
Checking the consignment
On receipt of the valve bloc check whether the
– type and serial number on the type plate correspond
to the data in the order and delivery documents and
– the equipment is complete and all components are in
good order.
The forwarding agent must immediately be notified of
any transport damage detectable from the outside
and/or missing packages (confirmation on the con-
signment note). The consignee shall take recourse
against the forwarding agent immediately in writing
and inform Tuchenhagen accordingly.
Transport damages which cannot be recognized imme-
diately shall be brought to the forwarder´s notice within
6 days. Later claims on damages shall be born by the
consignee.
