NOTE: You can use several cooking zones simultaneously, simply by turning their knobs.

4.2.7 After cooking

Turn the knob anticlockwise to the "0" (OFF) position to
switch off the required cooking zone.
NOTE: If you switch off the hob by means of the main isolator switch or if there is an
electric power failure while the appliance is on (knobs set between 1 and 9), when power
is restored you will need to return the knob to the "0" position and then switch on the
cooking zone again by setting the knob to the heat level required.
CAUTION: Beware of hot surfaces
The illuminated indicator on the hob glass shows
which cooking zone is still hot to the touch. The
indicator will switch off as soon as the surface has
cooled to a safe temperature. This feature can also be
exploited to save energy by using cooking zones that
retain residual heat to heat up several pans.
