– Get accustomed with the trampoline slowly and
learn how high each jump is. Pay particular atten-
tion to the position of your body and the jumping
technique until you are able to carry out each
jump easily and in a controlled way.
– Be careful when you get on or off the trampoline.
Do not climb onto the trampoline by holding onto
the frame cover, climbing on the springs or jump-
ing from above onto the trampoline (e.g. from a
terrace, roof or ladder). This is extremely danger-
ous.
– Do not jump directly from the trampoline to the
floor. If small children are playing on the trampo-
line, you should help them to get on and off.
– To avoid injuries, practise landing before you
make your first jump.
– When landing, the knees should be bent slightly
to cushion the force of the landing. The arms
should be stretched out to improve balance as
shown.
– Always start jumping from the centre of the tram-
poline.
– Always only jump vertically upwards.
– Always jump on the trampoline in a controlled
manner. A jump is controlled when you land in
the same place you took off from. If you loose
control, please immediately stop jumping.
– Maintain your body tension when jumping and
make sure you keep a even stance.
– Always try to land on your feet and do not attempt
to rolls or screws. The trampoline is not designed
for this.
– Consult a qualified trampoline instructor before
you attempt to go beyond the basic jumps.
• To reduce the risk of accidents, the instruction
must understand and implement all safety condi-
tions and notes.
• If the trampoline cannot be supervised, it should
be secured in such a way that no one is able to
use it unsupervised.
