The GET 2nd INJECTOR KIT has been developed to increase the
engine performance and support the stock injector. The kit works
only with GET ECUs that are "2nd Injector Ready".
MAIN GET 2nd INJECTOR KIT FEATURES:
• Power maximization
Installing a second injector allows a huge power increase. The
difference is real, especially on medium and high revs.
• Injection optimization
GET kit ensures a higher power output, an improved fuel flow and
a better throttle response as well.
• Engineered and tested in GET laboratories
The kit and the maps are developed for your specific machine. GET
technicians study the OEM engine and components and design
and define the second injector position. Strict quality tests are
then performed both on dyno and on track.
C. PREPARATORY STEPS
KEEP THE ENGINE TURNED OFF AND REMEMBER TO
WORK UNDER SAFETY CONDITIONS.
MANIFOLD
1. Remove seat, the fuel tank and all other components to pull out
the manifold. Check in your motorbike's workshop manual where
to find them.
2. Place the jig (included in the box) on the manifold and use it as a
template (follow the instructions on the jig).
ATTENTION: There is a vertical line printed on the jig
indicating the direct reference on the manifold. Make
sure that the jig central line is aligned to the reference
line on the manifold. The short side of the jig has to be
aligned to the rubber rise on the manifold surface: they
have the same length.

ATTENTION: USE THE JIG AS A TEMPLATE. DO NOT USE
IT AS A SUPPORT FOR MILLING. DO NOT USE DRILL
BITS. ONLY USE MILLING MACHINE BITS. REMEMBER
TO REMOVE ANY RESIDUE LEFT FROM THE MILLING:
THE RESIDUES CAN DAMAGE THE ENGINE OR AFFECT
ITS PERFORMANCE.
3. Mark the three holes, remove the jig and mill the three Ø 5mm
/ 0.19-inch holes with a milling machine.
4. Rout the inner side of the manifold near the holes made previously
in order to have a regular and even surface. It is necessary to rout the
inner mold seam to let the second injector support bracket, which
will be installed later, adhere perfectly to the manifold surface.
5. Mill the fuel hose hole (Ø 8 mm
/ 0.31") and the injector harness
hole (Ø 6 mm / 0.24") in the area
shown in the picture. We suggest
a 27 mm / 1.06" distance between
the two centers of the holes.
ATTENTION: DO NOT USE DRILL BIT. ONLY USE MILLING
MACHINE BITS. WHEN MILLING, DO IT FROM THE
MANIFOLD INNER SIDE.
FUEL HOSES
1. Remove the OEM fuel hose. Cut the OEM fuel hose to the
following measure (consider couplings in the measure):
A (OEM injector side): 225 mm / 8.86"
B (Fuel pump side) = remaining OEM fuel hose length
Shorten the B hose by 10 mm / 0.39". This chunk will not be used.
