The GET 2nd INJECTOR KIT has been developed to increase the
engine performance and support the stock injector. The kit works
only with GET ECUs that are "2nd Injector Ready".
MAIN GET 2nd INJECTOR KIT FEATURES:
• Power maximization
Installing a second injector allows a huge power increase. The
difference is real, especially on medium and high revs.
• Injection optimization
GET kit ensures a higher power output, an improved fuel flow and
a better throttle response as well.
• Engineered and tested in GET laboratories
The kit and the maps are developed for your specific machine. GET
technicians study the OEM engine and components and design
and define the second injector position. Strict quality tests are
then performed both on dyno and on track.
C. PREPARATORY STEPS
KEEP THE ENGINE TURNED OFF AND REMEMBER TO
WORK UNDER SAFETY CONDITIONS.
MANIFOLD
1. Remove the seat, plastic, the fuel tank, the exhaust pipes,
the rear subframe and the breather tube and unplug the
electrical wirings. Pull the manifold out from the bike. Check in
your motorbike's workshop manual where to find it.
2. Place the jigs included in the box on the manifold and use them
as a template (follow the instructions on the jig).
ATTENTION: USE THE JIGS AS A TEMPLATE. DO NOT USE
THEM AS A SUPPORT FOR MILLING. DO NOT USE DRILL BITS.
ONLY USE MILLING MACHINE BITS. REMEMBER TO REMOVE
ANY RESIDUE LEFT FROM THE MILLING: THE RESIDUES CAN
DAMAGE THE ENGINE OR AFFECT ITS PERFORMANCE.

3. Remove the jigs and mill the four holes.
4. Insert the rubber grommet provided in GET kit inside the Ø17
mm / 0.67" hole, which is the one where the fuel hose will be
installed. The grommet is necessary to avoid air leakage.
FUEL HOSES
1. Remove the OEM fuel hose. Check in your motorbike's
workshop manual where to find it.
2. Cut the OEM fuel hose to the following measures (consider
fuel couplings in the measure):

B (OEM injector side) = 110 mm / 4.33"

3. Connect the hoses A, B and GET fuel hose provided in the kit
(700 mm / 27.56") to the 3-way fitting included in the kit and fix
everything with the Ø13 mm / 0.51" hose clamps provided.
D. 2ND INJECTOR KIT INSTALLATION
2ND INJECTOR ASSEMBLY

Use the two supplied
spacers and screws to fix
the injector and the fuel
rail to the support bracket.
Do not forget the O-ring.
We suggest applying a
strong threadlocker (e.g.
Loctite 278).
