The GET 2nd INJECTOR KIT has been developed to increase the
engine performance and support the stock injector. The kit works
only with GET ECUs that are "2nd Injector Ready".
MAIN GET 2nd INJECTOR KIT FEATURES:
• Power maximization
Installing a second injector allows a huge power increase. The
difference is real, especially on medium and high revs.
• Injection optimization
GET kit ensures a higher power output, an improved fuel flow and
a better throttle response as well.
• Engineered and tested in GET laboratories
The kit and the maps are developed for your specific machine. GET
technicians study the OEM engine and components and design
and define the second injector position. Strict quality tests are
then performed both on dyno and on track.
C. PREPARATORY STEPS
KEEP THE ENGINE TURNED OFF AND REMEMBER TO
WORK UNDER SAFETY CONDITIONS.
MANIFOLD
1. Remove the seat, the fuel tank, and the exhaust. Loosen the
screws to lift the rear frame and pull out the fuel hose and the
manifold. Check in your motorbike's workshop manual where to
find these components.

2. Position the second injector
support
bracket
on
the
manifold. Place the groove on
the manifold's fold and align
the reference as shown in the
picture: the reference on the
manifold is the mold seam's
straight line. Use the second
injector support bracket as a
template to mark two Ø 8 mm
/ 0.31" holes and the second
injector Ø 8.5 mm / 0.33" hole.
3. Remove the second injector support bracket and mill the three
holes with a milling machine.
ATTENTION: USE THE BRACKET AS A TEMPLATE. DO
NOT USE IT AS A SUPPORT FOR MILLING. DO NOT
USE DRILL BITS. ONLY USE MILLING MACHINE BITS.
REMEMBER TO REMOVE ANY RESIDUE LEFT FROM
THE MILLING: THE RESIDUES CAN DAMAGE THE
ENGINE OR AFFECT ITS PERFORMANCE.
FUEL HOSES
1. Find the OEM fuel hose and remove it. Check in your motorbike's
workshop manual where to find it. Cut the OEM fuel hose in half
(about 40 mm length / 1.57" each part). and obtain:
A (OEM injector side)
B (fuel pump side)
2. Assemble hose A and B together with the 3-way fitting included
in GET kit. Fix them using hose clamps. Position the free outlet of
the 3-way fitting facing the right side of the bike. Attach hose A
back to the OEM fuel rail.
