The GET 2nd INJECTOR KIT has been developed to increase the
engine performance and supporting the stock injector. The kit
works only with GET ECUs that are "2nd Injector Ready".
MAIN GET 2nd INJECTOR KIT FEATURES:
• Power maximization
Installing a second injector allows a huge power increase. The
difference is real especially on medium and high revs.
• Injection optimization
GET kit ensures a higher power output, an improved fuel flow and
a better throttle response as well.
• Engineered and tested in GET laboratories
The kit and the maps are developed for your specific machine.
GET technicians study the OEM engine and components, design
and define the second injector position. Strict quality tests are
performed then both on dyno and on track.
C. PREPARATORY STEPS
KEEP THE ENGINE TURNED OFF AND REMEMBER TO
WORK UNDER SAFETY CONDITIONS.
MANIFOLD
1. Remove seat, the fuel tank and all components to pull out
the manifold. Check on your motorbike's workshop manual
where to find them.
2. Place the jig (included in the box) on the manifold and use it
as a template (follow the instructions on the jig).
ATTENTION: There are 2 symbols printed on the
jig indicating the direct reference on the manifold,
which is the mould seam on manifold's central axis.
Make sure symbols and references are aligned and
mark the points indicated by the two holes.

USE THE JIG AS A TEMPLATE, DO NOT USE IT AS A SUPPORT
FOR MILLING. DO NOT USE DRILL BITS, ONLY USE MILLING
MACHINE BITS. REMEMBER TO REMOVE ANY RESIDUE
LEFT FROM THE MILLING: THE RESIDUES CAN DAMAGE
THE ENGINE OR AFFECT ITS PERFORMANCE.
3. Mark the two holes and remove the jig. Mill the two 5 mm /
0,19" holes with a milling machine.
4. Place the second injector
support bracket included in
the kit inside the manifold and
use it as a template. Align the
reference on the bracket to the
manifold's inner mould seam.
Carefully mill the protruding
rubber of the junction to let the
bracket perfectly adhere to the
manifold surface.
5. Use the 2nd injector support bracket as a template and mark
the 4 holes that need to be done. Remove the bracket and mill the
four 5 mm / 0,19" holes with a milling machine.
6. Mill the fuel hose hole (8
mm / 0,31") as shown.
ATTENTION:
WHEN MILLING, DO IT
FROM THE MANIFOLD
INNER SIDE.
7. Mill the second injector
harness hole (6 mm / 0,23") as
shown.
