The parameter is application dependent and can be selected between SIL 2 and SIL 3. The set
value should correspond to the required SIL of the application in accordance with the risk
assessment.
– SIL 3 (Default setting): Highest selectable value.
– SIL 2: Select only after sufficient risk assessment.
