Placez le tissu de manière à ce que l'aiguille se trouve 2

mm au-delà du morceau à repriser. Abaissez le pied de
biche.
REMARQUE : N'insérez pas trop la partie avant du pied de
biche lorsque vous l'abaissez, sinon la taille du morceau à
repriser ne sera plus exact.
Enfilez le fil supérieur à travers l' o uverture du pied
➏
boutonnière. Abaissez le levier de la boutonnière de
manière à ce qu'il s'arrête derrière le support situé sur le
pied de biche. Tenez légèrement l' e xtrémité du fil supé-
rieur avec votre main gauche et commencez à coudre.
Merci de noter : Lors de la sélection du trou de la bouton-
nière ou du point pour repriser, le symbole
s'affiche sur l' é cran pour que vous n' o ubliiez pas d'abaisser
le pied.
Le morceau à repriser est cousu de l'avant du pied de
➐
biche à l'arrière, comme indiqué sur l'illustration.
Si le morceau à repriser est de grande taille, le morceau
➑
réglé peut être cousu plusieurs fois (ou surpiqué à la
transversale) afin d' o btenir un meilleur résultat.
Darning Stitch
Darning stitch
Position the fabric so that the needle is 2mm (1/16
➎
inch) in front of the area to be darned, and then lower
the presser foot.
NOTE: When lowering the presser foot, do not push in the
front of the presser foot, otherwise the darning will not be
sewn with the correct size.
Pass the upper thread down through the hole in the
➏
presser foot. Pull down the buttonhole lever. The
buttonhole lever is positioned behind the bracket on
the buttonhole foot. Gently hold the end of the upper
thread in your left hand, and then start sewing.
Please note: When you select any buttonhole pattern or
darning pattern, the LCD screen will display the figure
to remind you to lower the buttonhole lever.
Darning stitches are sewn from the front of the presser

foot to the back, as shown.
If the area to be sewn is large, you may sew several
➑
times across the area to achieve the desired result.

AANWIJZING: Druk het voorste deel van de persvoet niet
in bij het neerlaten van de persvoet, anders klopt de grootte
van het te stoppen vlak niet meer.
Leid de bovendraad door de opening in de knoopsgat-

voet. Trek de knoopsgathendel omlaag. Hij komt achter
de houder op de persvoet te staan. Houd het uiteinde
van de bovendraad licht vast met uw linkerhand en
begin met naaien.
Let op: Bij het selecteren van een knoopsgat- of stoppa-
troon verschijnt op het display dit symbool
u eraan te herinneren dat u de knoopsgathendel moet laten
zakken.
Stoprijen worden van voren van de persvoet naar achte-
➐
ren genaaid, zoals weergegeven.
Als het te stoppen vlak groot is, kan het ingestelde
➑
stopvlak meerdere malen genaaid worden (of schuin
worden genaaid), om een beter naairesultaat te krijgen.
