Save Setup (SSU)

Saves all settings in EEPROM. If settings are not saved, the old values from the EEPROM
are reused after the next restart of the controller.
SSU
Command
$SSU<CR>
Response
$SSUOK<CRLF>
6.4.11

Read Setup (RSU)

Reads all settings from the EEPROM.
RSU
Command
$RSU<CR>
Response
$RSUOK<CRLF>
6.4.12

Load Factory Setting (FDE)

Loads the factory setting.
These settings are saved only by the "Save Setup, SSU" command and can then be reused
after a restart.
FDE
Command
$FDE<CR>
Response
$FDESRAn;AVTn;AVNn;CHS...;CHT...;TRG.OK<CRLF>
6.4.13

Set Mathematic Function (SMF)

Determines a mathematic function for a certain channel.
SMF
Command
$SMFm:Offset,FactorCapa,FactorEddy <CLRF>
Response
$SMFm:Offset,FactorCapa,FactorEddyOK<CLRF>
Index
m: 1 ... 3
(Channel number)
Offset
FactorCapa
FactorEddy
Example: $SMF1:+0FFFFF,-2.5,+2.5<CRLF>
The following mathematic function is output on the channel 1 (differential signal):
50 % offset – 2.5 * channel Capa + 2.5 * channel Eddy
Notes:
- Only results in the range from 0-100 % of the measuring range are output (according
0-10 V). If the result of a mathematic function is more than 100 %, or less than 0 % the
value remains at 100 % or 0 % (corresponding 10 V and 0 V).
- If a mathematic function is set to a channel, its channel state changes to 2.
- In order to save the mathematic function, please use similarly to other settings the com-
mand $SSU (Save Setup).
- It is not possible to set a mathematic function to a channel of the temperature signal.
The result of the mathematic function is given
on the corresponding channel (1= difference
channel, 2 = Capa channel, 3 = Eddy channel)
24 bit offset value with sign in hex format, whe-
reby 21 bit correspond to 100 % of the measu-
ring range (10000 mV). Numbers larger than
21 bit are accordingly larger (e.g. +3FFFFF =
200 % of the measurement range).
Multiplication factor (including leading sign)
which are used to multiply the measurement
values of the Capa and Eddy channel. Value
range -9.9 up to +9.9, decimal place Descrip-
tion factors: Leading sign and one one-digit
number with one decimal place, example +3.4.
