Feeder tray linking

Feeder tray linking is the ability to load two feeder trays with the same document type where
the Document System automatically switches to a second feeder when the first feeder is
empty and vice versa. In the mean time the first feeder can be refilled, so the Document
System can keep running without having to stop for refilling the feeder trays.

Feeder tray swapping

Feeder tray swapping or change to another feeder tray is the ability to move the main
document or enclosures from one feeder tray to another.
Create a job without the use of envelopes
Processing mail sets without the use of envelopes is useful for jobs where you need to sort
or fold documents.
For fold only, the folded documents are transported to the stacker exit.
To create a job without the use of envelopes:
1. Create a manual job
to 'off'.
2. Confirm the envelope settings with [OK].
3. Complete the Fold Settings and Exit Settings to complete the job.
The system stops producing mail sets when one of the feeders is empty or the [stop] button
is pressed.
