To change oil:

Oil drain plug.
Loosen and slowly unscrew the oil drain plug located in the lower part of the bowl. Before
unscrewing the plug entirely, put a tank under the bowl to collect used oil (the capacity of
such tank must be suitable for a given machine type – see section 3.1).
After draining of all oil, screw the plug, together with the gasket, to the bowl. Insert a funnel
with adjusted diameter into the place where the removed oil level indicator normally is. Then,
pour new oil into the oil shell. Check the oil level by screwing the oil level indicator into the
pipe protruding from the bowl.
The electric cream cooker comes filled with oil: SERIOLA ETA 32

ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE

Regular maintenance will ensure proper and failure free operation of the machine for a long
time. Additional maintenance may be performed only by qualified personnel (not necessarily
manufacturer's) as it requires specialist knowledge. Such maintenance must be conducted
as instructed below.
